在中国农历新年到来之际，我谨代表三胞集团全球10万同仁，向全世界的朋友们送上最真诚的祝福！祝大家新年愉快，阖家欢乐！
As the Chinese New Year is approaching, on behalf of 100,000 employees from Sanpower Group, I’d like to extend my best wishes to all of you. We wish you and your family a very happy Chinese New Year.
2016年是三胞的“落地”年，我们进一步明确了“大消费、大健康、大金融”三大产业协同发展的战略布局，并取得了骄人的成绩。
2016, the Year of Implementation for Sanpower Group, has witnessed our tremendous achievements as we further defined our grand strategy that is pillared by the synergetic developments of the three major sectors, namely, Broad Consumption, Broad Health and Broad Finance.
在大消费板块，我们战略投资王府井，成为其主要股东；Brookstone在中国成功落地，引领国内3C零售向新奇特转型；Hamleys、HoF相继开出中国第一店，引起了中国线下实体商业的轰动；我们还完成了南京新街口三胞国际广场改造，打造出世界顶级的灯光秀。
Regarding Broad Consumption, we have become the strategic partner and major shareholder of Wangfujing Group; our successful implementation of Brookstone in China is taking the lead to transform the domestic conventional consumer electronics industry to be more unique, novel and innovative; the opening of the first stores of Hamleys and House of Fraser created an unprecedented sensation to the Brick & Mortar retail business in China; and we also presented a world class lightshow in the Sanpower International Plaza in Xinjiekou Nanjing after we finished the renovation.
在大健康板块，Natali进入中国，中国远程医疗B2C模式的首个试点项目在常州正式落地运营；安康通养老用户突破400万，中国最大居家养老企业实至名归；我们收购了中国脐带血库（NYSE：CO）和新加坡康盛人生（SGX：P8A），一举成为全球最大的脐带血库企业；2017新年伊始，我们又收购了目前全球唯一的前列腺癌细胞免疫治疗药品Provenge，跻身世界精准医疗行业前沿高地。
For Broad Health, Natali entered the Chinese market and the first B2C-modeled telemedicine pilot project was officially launched in Changzhou. The number of subscribers of An Kang Tong has exceeded 4 million, earning it the prestige of the largest home-based senior care company in China. Moreover, we acquired China Cord Blood Corporation (NYSE：CO) from the U.S. and Cordlife Group (SGX：P8A) from Singapore and then became the largest cord blood bank company worldwide. At the beginning of 2017, we acquired Provenge, the only cellular immunotherapy medicine in the world for prostate cancer treatment, which puts us in the leading position in the global precision medicine industry.
在大金融板块，我们收购了国内征信行业的龙头企业鹏元征信，取得了中国全牌照的第三方支付公司——天下支付，以及美国利宝保险中国公司；并成立了天下金服，着力打造中国最具竞争力的民营金控集团。
For our Broad Finance, we acquired Pengyuan Credit Rating, one of China’s leading Chinese credit rating companies, obtained a full service license for our third party payment company, Tianxia Pay, and established Liberty China through a joint venture with Liberty Mutual Group U.S. Tianxia Financial Service was founded aiming to be the most competitive private financial holdings company in China.
过去的一年，我们的海外企业在中国一一落地，这些成绩的取得，离不开海内外企业之间的信任。信任是我们开展任何工作的前提。只有心胸狭隘或缺乏智慧的人，才会固守“眼见为实”的理论，他们的固执是低层次的认真和自信；相反，真正智慧、善良和自信的人都能相信别人、爱惜别人、积极听取别人的意见。三胞发展到今天，已经成为全球化的企业，大家都要相信同事，相信朋友。我们汇聚了来自五湖四海的全球人才，每个人都有自身的局限，只有信任才能够汇聚力量，只有信任才能够成就我们。
Over the past year, all of our overseas enterprises successfully began operations in China. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the trust between our domestic and overseas businesses. Trust is the precondition for all the work we do. Only those that are narrow-minded and lack wisdom will staunchly subscribe to the philosophy of “seeing is believing”, meaning one is not willing to do anything without immediate and tangible results. This stubbornness only reveals their rigid thinking and lack of self-confidence. By contrast, those with true wisdom, kindness and confidence are able to trust, love, and actively listen to others. As Sanpower continues to blossom into a global enterprise, we should also work to trust our colleagues and our friends. We’ve brought together talents from all around the world, wherever their talent lies. Only trust can gather strength; only trust can make us successful.
天下没有远方，有爱就是故乡。三胞的发展离不开全球同仁的团结和努力，更离不开所有顾客、合作伙伴和社会各界朋友的关心、支持、帮助和信任。感恩你们，感谢你们，相信三胞的未来会有大家一如既往的陪伴！
